I could tell that Ciri was in a different timeline, and Mousesack and the Queen were very identifiable characters so I could kind of tell when the show was jumping to different points with them. But Yennefer and Geralt meeting up was confusing to me - after her transformation, I could not tell when time had passed. This means that Geralt and Jaskier have been travel buddies for decades?
