Candy Hearts Gift! + Hawkeye
I was gifted a Cobra Kai fic with Johnny and Daniel breaking up and making up!! I adore the snappy dialogue, and Johnny being an unreliable narrator - plus all of the supporting character appearances are so nuanced and fun, too.

Summary:
Just finished the Hawkeye series. There's something about it that just didn't hit for me, which was a bummer because I was excited about it. Yelena breathed some life into it towards the end, and now I totally want to jump into the Kate/Yelena tag :D But the storyline with the "tracksuits" seemed so vague and weird, and why did Mrs. Bishop get involved? What does/did she even do for Kingpin? And also, I didn't like how how Yelena and Clint never even paused to have a conversation until way late, and how Clint seemed very aloof and indifferent about the total destruction around him - when he's supposed to be good at being "invisible" and more of a spy. That final fight scene was WAY too freakin' silly. I just kept wishing Natasha was there :/

The thing is, Johnny never thought it would last the week.
