Thanks! You totally should :D Icon making is so satisfying to me, probably because I can be done in one night with an icon and I start with something beautiful - whereas writing fic takes a while to get it to a place where I'm satisfied and I start with a blank page, haha.

I am at my core a photoshop gremlin so it'll be fun to play around. I just need to figure out where someone still has BOB screenshots up and then find some textures idk.

I only have like tree and blood photoshop brushes I'm so creative!! lmao

itstheheebiejeebies on tumblr keeps a Google Doc of all their screencaps, and there are a bunch of Band of Brothers screencaps!

As for textures, I've taken to looking through livejournal for random texture packs :P Oh and deviantart has some great texture packs too! My collection is small but growing. Lookslikerain has some of my favorites.

I will do my best. Is heavy artillery the most up-to-date BOB place to post? I have just been over on ao3 mostly since the DW BOB group was wiped.

Thanks! Probably? heavyartillery is the most active BoB comm I know of, though not a lot of people post fanworks there, and it gets used more for running events (not that people aren't allowed to post fanworks! It just hasn't been the trend). I'd maybe also post to one of the icon comms like icons or fandom_icons.
