Badlands

This is Halsey's debut studio album and it came out in 2015. I can't remember what year I first listened to it but I'm just so blown away every time. Colors! Castle! Gasoline! Hurricane! Any of them come on and BOOM I'm there, trapped in the Badlands, plotting my escape.
Music For People Who Believe in Love

I made a whole separate post about this album. I'm still totally in love with it, it feels so reflective but also Joe is still out here having fun. Such range.
Youngblood

EVERY single song is a jam. No skips! The energy is relentless and I still listen to all of these songs on the regular. This album is the whole reason I became a ride or die 5SOS fan.
Yourself or Someone Like You

This came out in 1996 but that's definitely not when I first listened to it. I only heard it because my Dad played it on his outdoor stereo in our patio outside all the time. But the lyrics floored me and still do. The band was speaking right to teenage-me when they said, hey we are not always morally pure and we struggle but that will have to be okay.Hence why I was so annoyed when the Barbie movie made fun of Push.
A Little Bit Longer

I remember exactly when this album came out because I was already a fan and I was eagerly awaiting it. It felt LIFE CHANGING. I listened to it too many times to count and I loved every single track. Lovebug is still one of my favorite songs of all time. I always think of the Burning Up tour (which was so so fun) when I listen to these tracks.

This one just came out this year and it's so creative and fresh! This album has my favorite song of theirs. But unfortunately there are a couple tracks I always skip. Can't wait to see them perform this record live though!
