Ah! I'm loving the Expanse too (and have also only read the 1st book)! The show's so immersive.
I haven't really poked around at the fandom side of things there yet at all, and I think part of it is just trusting the writers & screenwriters, and not finding stuff that makes me go "wait I need to fix that!" -- I'm willing to just sit around and be entertained with this one. :D
