Probably? heavyartillery is the most active BoB comm I know of, though not a lot of people post fanworks there, and it gets used more for running events (not that people aren't allowed to post fanworks! It just hasn't been the trend). I'd maybe also post to one of the icon comms like icons or fandom_icons.
